Grosso has some big buds this year but flowering will be a few weeks later than Pacific Blue.
We would expect the fields to be awash with purple (depending on the weather) by the end of November or early December.
An old article on lavender growing in the USA sparked some recent thinking about new lavender product. Some of those discussed included: Teas, Scones, Cookies, Brownies, Vinegars, Jellies and wands! We have some of these on the “list” as we move into seasonal opening for visitors.
